They did it! . . . Mike and Matthew got the copper table top safely delivered to its desert home, and an old friend, Ross, who has worked in the area a long time, showed up just in time to lend a welcomed hand.

Bracing the Table Top
The table bases were made by someone else, and Mike had to get in “plumber/mechanic” mode to stabilize the top to the narrow base post. He is such a wizard of engineering. I tell people all the time, “He can do anything,” and I know it makes him mad, but I see it as true. He is a thinker and knows how to make things work. That’s where all of our kids get it from!!!!
